In the aftermath of the events that took place at Wrestlemania V, Miss Elizabeth continued her role as manager in the World Wrestling Federation. She managed Hulk Hogan for a short while and, for a very short stint, managed "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan. Her stint with Hacksaw came about due to a feud he and Macho Man Randy Savage were having over the title of "King" of the World Wrestling Federation. Miss Elizabeth was invited to appear on an "episode" of The Brother Love show live at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Brother Love's other guest was none other than Queen Sensational Sherri. Brother Love and Sherri had quite a time running down Elizabeth. Brother Love referred to her as a Jezebel. Queen Sherri referred to her as a mere commoner and insulted everything about Elizabeth, right down to her shoes and makeup! Sherri then proceeded to talk about how Macho Man Randy Savage had given the world to Elizabeth...furs, money, jewels and that none of it was good enough "for a mere woman". Elizabeth shot back by saying that as far as she was concerned, Hacksaw Jim Duggan was still the true "King" of the World Wrestling Federation.

This infuriated Sherri. She proclaimed that Savage would beat Duggan just like she was going to beat Elizabeth right at that moment. Liz replied by saying she wasn't scared of Sherri. Sherri fired back by calling Liz a commoner and slapping her across the face! Liz, went after Sherri with a vengeance only to be blocked by Brother Love shouting that "little Miss Elizabeth" wasn't going to start anything on his show.

Having seen enough, Hacksaw Jim Duggan made his way to the ring and quickly chased Queen Sensational Sherri from ringside. This left Liz alone in the ring with Brother Love. Love proceeded to back Liz into a corner and tell her that she needed to learn a lesson in love. Brother Love then delivered his famous line..."because I Looooooove Yoooouuu!". As Brother Love repeated his line, Hacksaw Jim Duggan returned to the ring and made quick work of the red faced talk show host. Liz and Duggan shook hands and left the ring.
