During the days of "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous", the World Wrestling Federation presented it's own version of the show. This show, however, was called "Macho Lifestyles - At Home with Randy Savage and Elizabeth".

The segment started with Elizabeth giving Gene Okerlund a tour around the pool area of their home. Eventually, they worked their way over to Randy Savage in the middle of a work out. Gene and Randy sat down to discuss what it was like living the life of the Macho Man, however, their conversation was repeatedly interupted by "foreign promoters" looking to book Savage for their shows.

Gene's interview with Randy was cut short when a crazed female fan found her way in to the backyard and ended up in Randy's pool!
