This match between Randy Savage and Rick Martel was held 2 days after Wrestlemania 7. It was to be Randy's last match, because as we all know Randy lost the Retirement Match to The Ultimate Warrior at Wrestlemania 7. This match against Martel was signed before Wrestlemania so it had to be held. What was great was seeing Elizabeth out at ringside one last time with Randy after their emotional reunion two days before at Wrestlemania 7.

The match went back and forth for a short time before Rick Martel had the advantage. Finally Savage came back and defeated Martel for his final match in the WWF. He also put Elizabeth on his shoulder like in the good old days and everyone thought for the final time. It ended up being an emotional night for Elizabeth, Randy, and also the fans.
