Spring 1988
This match took place at Madison Square Garden and was a rematch from WrestleMania IV. Macho Man Randy Savage defended his title against the Million Dollar Man Ted DiBiase.
Of course, Elizabeth was in the corner of Randy Savage and Virgil was in DiBiase's corner. From the moment the bell rang DiBiase took control of the match and quickly took the lead over Savage. The few times Randy was able to mount an offense and try to escape the cage, Virgil would interfere. There were several times that Virgil climbed the bars of the cage and managed to keep the Macho Man from climbing out. At one point in the match, as Virgil again climbed the cage to intercept the champ, a fan at ringside scaled the bars as well to help Savage fend off Virgil. Of course, that didn't last long and security quickly pulled the fan down. Ironically, the very next second, Savage managed to take both DiBiase and Virgil and slam their heads together giving the champ an oppurtunity to escape the cage and successfully defend his "Undisputed" Championship!
