For the first time in WWF History the WWF Heavyweight Championship was held up. So at Wrestlemania IV there was a tournament held to crown a new Heavyweight Champion and Macho Man Randy Savage was one of the participants and as always by his side was "The First Lady of Wrestling" The Lovely Miss Elizabeth. Elizabeth ended up wearing not one, not two, not three, but FOUR different outfits during Wrestlemania 4!

First Round Tournament
Randy Savage vs "The Natural" Butch Reed Elizabeth and Randy came down to the ring wearing blue as they faced off against Butch Reed who was managed as always by Slick. The action went back and forth with Randy coming out on top after Butch Reed was caught on the top rope talking to Elizabeth instead of doing a top rope move.

Seond Round Tournament
Randy Savage vs Greg "The Hammer" Valentine In an interview before their second match Elizabeth and Randy once again had matching outfits on this time in pink. Randy had a tough opponent in Greg Valentine. Once again Randy came up the winner advancing to the semifinal round.

Semi-Final Round Tournament
Randy Savage vs The One Man Gang Elizabeth and Randy came out this time wearing black. He was facing a big challenge in the One Man Gang and Savage had to use his quickness to out wrestle the big man. Slick as always caused problems at ringside even going after Elizabeth forcing her to climb the steps to the ring apron. As the referee was distracted by her Slick threw in his cane to do a little cheating to help One Man Gang win, but the referee turned around and caught One Man Gang trying to use the cane on Savage causing One Man Gang to be disqualified and Randy advances to the finals for the championship.

Final Round Tournament
Randy Savage vs "The Million Dollar Man" Ted Dibiase In the final match of Wrestlemania IV Elizabeth and Randy came out this time dressed in white and Gorilla Monsoon said that "Elizabeth looked lovelier than the 3 previous times she had been out there." There was a disadvantage though since Ted Dibiase had Andre The Giant in his corner. With Savage being tired and worn out from the 3 previous matches he was at a disadvantage so he sent Elizabeth back to the dressing room to get some extra help in the form of Hulk Hogan! Hulk came to ringside with Elizabeth bringing a chair and sitting in the corner of Randy Savage. When Andre would help Dibiase in any way Hogan would run over and clobber Andre at any chance he could get. When it looked like the end was near for Randy Savage when Dibiase had The Million Dollar Dream cinched in Hulk Hogan jumped in and whacked Dibiase with the chair and the referee didn't see it since he was tied up with Andre The Giant. Randy climbed to the top rope and hit the top rope elbow for the 1, 2, 3 winning the match and the WWF Championship. Hulk Hogan congratulated the new Champion and Elizabeth. In celebration and in tribute to Elizabeth, Randy picked her up and put her on his shoulder in one of the greatest moments in WWF History!!
