You know, there are many things that can be said about Vince Russo. One of the things that can be said is that he never understood what it was that made Miss Elizabeth such a unique character. If he knew what to do with Elizabeth as a character, she certainly wouldn't have been forced into her first ever wrestling match.

 

After weeks of feuding with Vince Russo over the ownership of her contract, Russo had had enough. He offered Elizabeth the chance to get out of her contract with him by wrestling Daffney in the middle of the ring on WCW Monday Nitro. If she won, she would be free to go with Lex. If not, she would remain under contract to Russo and WCW.

 

Daffney came out with a "Liz Will Die" shirt on. Elizabeth took her down with a few hair pulls before Madusa entered the ring. As she bullied Liz into the corner, Mona made the save, pulling Madusa away. Deucy delivered a series of punches to Mona as Liz came in with a chair. She brought it down hard across the back of Madusa before walking away. Of course, R&B Security was waiting to take her back to Vince Russo.
