"Hey Russo, you're from New York, right? Well even you can understand this: kiss my Kentucky ass!"

After taking the reigns of WCW, Vince Russo discovered that Elizabeth wasn't under contract to Lex Luger, she was under contract to WCW. And as such, Russo decided to take hold of his "property" and promptly removed Elizabeth from Luger's side and placed her on a leash. On this particular episode of WCW Monday Nitro, Russo challenged Luger to a match. If Luger won, he would get Liz back. Unfortunately, the match never happened.

Before the match started, Russo told Liz to "Do me baby", meaning to take off his ring gear. Liz replied with the now famous, "Kiss my Kentucky Ass!". As Luger was coming down the aisle, WCW security quickly clogged the aisle making it impossible for Luger to get to Russo. Luger was maced and handcuffed and then attacked by Shane Douglas and Buff Bagwell. Elizabeth managed to get free and went to see if Luger was okay. Russo told her to "finish him off" and handed Liz a bat. Liz promptly whacked Russo with it and fled the ringside area. After the commercial break, Russo barged into Liz's dressing room and demanded her repsect. Elizabeth showed her respect by paintbrushing Russo right across the face and by telling him that he may own her contract but he doesn't own her.
